Shipping

Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping and handling on “Official Releases” and please allow 4-5 weeks for production, fulfillment, shipping + recieving for the product to get from our shop to you. We are shipping to Canada and The United Staes for now but we will be releasing worldwide shipping options in the near future.

How does the “pre-order” work?

A pre-order product will be an item that is “not yet produced” or is in the process of getting completed it’s production. These products and items will be clearly stated upon release so please take a look before you order and be mindful of the orders we release so the processes do not get confused. Most of the products we supplied in 2024 were cut and sew or completely designed by us but more throughout the year we will be shifting into an all in house and cut and sew brand. These products will be refined and adapted as the journey continues.

Returns

Orders will be final but if you would like to email a photo of your issue on the product and the order number, we will do our best to help you out as much as we can. We will do our best to continue to provide the top quality products you have already been enjoying and contiue to get better as we grow together.
